All orders are preferred to be generated online. But we accept orders via email.
To place an order online, you need to select the item to your shopping cart and then check-out. Then continue following the steps.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping usually takes 2 business days to deliver in the Netherlands and 6 to 8 business days to deliver in other countries of Europe and Brazil. Delivery time is estimated only and is not guaranteed as occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays and other factors that can delay the shipment cannot be controlled. However, we will do our best for you to get your product as soon as possible. Other shipping methods are also available. RC-EASYHOBBY is 100% online therefore do not offer any pick up service. All possibilities can be sent to you via email.
4. CANCELLATION (ORDER)
Be careful to look for information about the order before you submit it. Send an email to cancel an order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order for any reason, we will make every effort to catch your order before it is sent. Transaction fee of 3% will be charged for the order processed if the original shipping can not be returned to the order issued.
If the order is received before canceling, please refuse the package without opening it and return it to us under the return policy. If package is closed when we receive it, we will credit your account within 2-3 business days. Normally, the order is shipped within 2-3 business days. We remind you to think about it before sending your request, to avoid any inconvenience to us, due to cancellation.
5. RETURN
The return of goods must be done within 7 days after a purchase and you may do so provided that :
- return is done in product original packaging and under the same conditions in which it was sold
- sales receipt to the corresponding article is provided
- you are responsible for making sure that items are returned safely and without damage, so we advise you to make sure it is packed securely.
We recommend using the same operator that we use to send the item to us.
The reimbursement will be made within 2-3 working days.
RC-EASYHOBBY does not pay the return shipping of goods.
We are not responsible for factory defects because we are not the product manufacturer.
